Nita drives the vision of MoneyPrastha.com to become one of the leading enablers of financial planning solutions in the country.

She brings in almost 3 decades of experience of consulting 20,000+ professionals like Surgeons, Celebrities, Media & Entertainment Industry Professionals, Corporates, CAs, Lawyers and Business owners. She has helped them make smart and informed decisions about their money. Many women and teenagers have also been beneficiaries of her financial wisdom.

Nita is a Certified Financial Planner and a Fellowship in Life Insurance. She is a member of the Financial Planning Standard Board of India. She is passionate about financial literacy and her aim is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of people globally through MoneyPrastha.com. She actively leads and pursues an online course " My Financial Freedom Blueprint ". She has written many articles and is a regular speaker at various forums on financial freedom.

When she is not running financial plans through her clients, she runs marathons or just sets off for long drives with her family. She strongly believes and propagates the concept of Health and Wealth.

Mithun Pillai, Co-Founder & COO

Mithun manages the day-to- day affairs including all the compliances at MoneyPrastha.com. His role includes dealing with Institutions, Funds, Clients, Regulatory authorities and all the other stakeholders.

He is a wealth management expert with over 15 years of relevant experience at some of the leading banks of India - Citigroup, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. He also had a stint in Oracle (OFSS). He has grass root level exposure to all aspects of wealth management practice including operations, audit, CRM and sales. He is easily approachable and hence popular as a customer focused and solutions-oriented professional within the clients and investors community.

He has done MFM from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) and graduated in Commerce from Mumbai University.

When he is not feeding with information and strategies to investors to enhance their portfolio, he likes to feed himself with food – especially the South Indian delicacy Sadhya – an assembly of various food items in a banana leaf.

Devarajan Venkat, Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Devarajan Venkat (Dev) sketches the growth map at MoneyPrastha.com. He is also an investor in start
ups and mentor to many entrepreneurs across the globe.

Over decades he has been managing funds for large corporates, celebrities, business groups, family offices, high net worth individuals as also individual finances of close family members, relatives and friends – all from different age groups. He has a deep understanding of the mind set of investors, entrepreneurs and promoters which enables him to work out efficient solutions of growth. Some of the promoters include Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor, Manmohan Shetty and Sidharth Basu.

Dev is a chartered accountant. His past employments include CFO at Reliance Group, Balaji Telefilms and executive level positions at Wrangler and Raymonds. Dev was accredited with the nomination for CNBC CFO of the year in the past.

When he is not managing money, he spends his money and time to create films and books – Brown Nation, Entruppted and The Last Victim are the victims of his indulgence. He likes the spunk of Kangana Ranaut, flamboyance of Virat Kohli and is eternally in love with Amitabh Bachchan. He believes that yoga can calm him down and his singing can give stress to others.

Diya Ahuja, Head – Client Relations

Diya manages all the key relationships and ensures smooth and seamless experience for all the clients by closely co-ordinating with the operations team at MoneyPrastha.com.

Diya learned the Diya is a seasoned finance professional with two decades of experience across various sectors. She started her career with a leading foreign bank having significant presence in India. Diya learned the finer aspects of finance and treasury during her tenure with India's leading media company. It helps that she hails from a business family with verticals ranging from real estate to finance and media. She has handled all matters related to accounts, income tax and investment of family funds to secure optimum returns.

She is a management graduate from a leading college of Mumbai. She is passionate and innovative with a strong sense of business acumen.

When she is not fiddling with excel sheets, you can see her counselling people from different walks of life as she simply loves to help people. She is a compassionate person thanks to her spiritual beliefs, practices and following. She is also a fitness freak and dances her way through her daily work out regimes.

Rashmi Chand, Head – Digital Marketing

Rashmi leads all the digital marketing and social media initiatives at MoneyPrastha.com.

Rashmi is a content writer, influencer, digital marketing expert and training professional having worked in marquee companies like Oberoi and ITC in the past. She has handled social media( LinkedIn, FB pages, Instagram, Twitter) for various brands ensuring right content, reach and engagement. She is specialized to handle events and social get togethers that create maximum impact. She regularly writes on a blogging site to give useful insights and tips to young mothers with growing children.

She is a science graduate in Hospitality Hotel Administration with a management degree in HR and Marketing. She is the author of The Teethbugs and The Bunny – a highly acclaimed book to help parents get their little ones interested in brushing their teeth.

When she is off social media, she is a plant-mom and an upcycling & DIY enthusiast reviving old piece of furniture or a dying plant. She is a mountain girl by birth – that explains her penchant to make a mountain out of molehill! For you will very often see her giving larger-than-life images to most insignificant things in life. Like old sarees or T-shirts becomes serving trays or pretty frames, discarded wash basins get converted to fairy gardens, an old tava gets promoted to pin-stand table in her house!
